Carole Marie : Chef Cuisinier et Entrepreneure Culinaire
Carole Marie was born on April 4, 1986 in Rome, Italy. At the age of 7, my parents immigrated to the United States. After graduating from high school with honors, I went on to study economics. Inspired by my mother, who excelled in Italian cuisine, I always had a passion for cooking, so I graduated from university in Rome (my hometown) after 5 years of study to become a master chef in international cuisine.
Later, I also trained at the University of California, specializing in American and international cuisine. Along the way, I had the opportunity to do internships and work in some of the world’s top hotels.
How did I create my brand?
One day, some friends suggested that I create my own brand, and share my recipes and culinary knowledge with others for free, and build an online community.
